Pomfret are very rare. They’re usually caught while Daytime Swordfishing with the same bait in 1000+ feet of water and seem to inhabit the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans in slightly different species variations. That’s about all we know other than they’re good to eat. Asterisk on their fight rank since we pretty much only swordfish with electric reels.
