Muttons are very wary snapper that get into the 5+ pound range and sometimes into double digits. They hang out in the sand around wrecks or rock piles that hold fish they feed on, and we target them by putting a bottom rod down while kite fishing or drift fishing. Top tier eating either fried or filleted.
