Fishing this past week has been hampered by windy weather but there have been plenty of fish when you could get out. We got out fishing 2 days ago on the Miss Britt with Capt Jason running the boat. He fished an afternoon trip and caught 2 out of 4 sails in addition to kingfish, bonitos… Swordfishing has been good in recent weeks with our last trip producing a sword about 180 to 200 lbs out of 3 bites. One bite during the day and two at night. I have heard of several other boats catching swords also. Yellowtail fishing has been picking up over the last few days as well as the mangrove and mutton snapper fishing off of miami. Mahi have been showing up better in recent weeks and should continue to improve in the near future.  One other bit of good news is that the wind is calming down and should stay relatively calm for a while.   That’s all I have for now, I hope you can get out there and catch a few—Ray Rosher
