Preferred for:

• Trolling for Mahi

This is the preferred dead bait for trolling. Sometimes offered by bait fishermen but usually caught with sabiki rigs or by cast net. They are sold frozen at bait stores as well. They like staying on the surface which make them ideal to flatline or fly from the kite but their fragility makes this difficult.
