Yellowtail fishing involves mixing chum and oats in a bucket to create a clay that you hide your bait in when you drop in the water. When its good, its great, and catching 30+ of these can happen in less than an hour. They aren’t huge but average 1 pound which is perfect eating size. They taste great and the fishing is mellow with the opportunity to catch Grouper and Cobia in the same spot and bigger fish on the way to it.
